When it comes to shipping and delivery – we want everything yesterday too. On a more serious note, we are building a world class service and below are our commitments to you.
We stock 98% of everything we sell. If we run out of stock, we have ability to leverage our relationships with manufacturers to ship directly from them to you. Inventory availability is reflected on the website whenever possible and updated at least once an hour.
Any order received before 12 pm CST (Central Standard Time) will go out the same business day if the item is in stock in our warehouse and if the order clears Fraud Verification.
In order to keep costs low and to protect our customers from fraud, we reserve all necessary rights to conduct additional investigation and review of any order placed with us. This may cause a delay in processing your order. Our customer service department will reach out to you and notify you if your order requires additional information. Should you choose or fail to provide requested information – your order will be cancelled.
COVID-19 – Deliveries
We know these are difficult times for everyone.
We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritising the well-being of both our staff and customers.
This means we are operating with smaller teams and shorter shifts. As a result, UK and EU orders could take 10 – 20 working days to be delivered and International orders may take longer. But please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.
